Rate Limits

ChatPulse APIs are rate-limited to ensure system stability.

Standard rate limits for new accounts:

  • Email API: 100 requests per second
  • WhatsApp API: 50 requests per second

When you exceed the limit, you will receive a 429 Too Many Requests HTTP response. Please use exponential backoff and retry mechanisms in your application.
